Manuela Mangold is a graduate student in the
American Studies Program at Humboldt
University. She also has an MA in Fine
Art from the Art Academy at Dresden.

Tobias Temme will be assisting Manuela. 

Tobias is currently in the final stages of his studies in
British and American studies and History at Humboldt
University. He moved to Berlin and enrolled at Humboldt
University in 2001. In his academic career he specialized
in minority literature in the US, 19th century American
literature, Jewish History in Germany, Holocaust Studies
and theoretical foundations of history, art and
literature.

From 2005 onwards he worked for the gallery 'Lifebomb'
(http://lifebomb.de/), an international art
in Wedding, a multicultural district riddled with
high unemployment and social tensions. The gallery focuses
on German and international artists residing in the area
but also did exchange exhibitions with similar projects in
New York and Paris. Openness, independence and
communication that breaks social and intellectual barriers
have been key concepts in Lifebomb's philosophy.
